What should I expect?
Results:
Cleaning improves appearance but cannot reverse normal wear, aging, or permanent damage.
Stains:
Complete stain removal is not guaranteed, especially for set-in or unknown stains.
Heavy Buildup / Clutter:
Excess conditions may require added time, adjusted pricing, or a deep clean.
Delicate Surfaces:
Clients must disclose specialty materials (natural stone, unsealed wood, antiques). Liability cannot be assumed if undisclosed.
Cleaning Products:
We use professional-grade cleaning supplies chosen for effectiveness and surface safety. Client-preferred or supplied products are welcome upon request.
Environmental Factors:
Humidity, ventilation, and moisture can affect results.
Mold & Mildew:
Cleaning services do not include mold remediation. While light surface mildew may be addressed, complete mold removal cannot be guaranteed.
Biohazards:
We do not service hazardous materials or unsafe environments.
Real Estate:
Cleaning is cosmetic and does not replace repairs or remediation.
What do you require?
Pre-Existing Damage:
We are not responsible for issues caused by prior damage, loose fixtures, or unstable surfaces.
Valuables:
Please secure cash, jewelry, and sensitive items. Unsecured or unreported items after 24 hours are not our responsibility.
Pets:
Secure pets before service and inform us in advance. We may limit cleaning if animals are loose and are not responsible for pet-related incidents.
Pet Hair:
Cleaning may not remove all pet hair, dander, or odors; thorough vacuuming and surface care is performed but results may vary.
Access & Utilities:
Water, electricity, and entry must be available. Service interruptions may incur charges.
Breakage:
Any damage directly caused by our team will be reported and handled fairly. Satisfaction: Notify us within 24 hours for resolution.
Cancellations:
24–48 hours’ notice required; late changes may incur a fee.

We take pride in our work and stand behind every cleaning. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Payment:
Payment is due on completion of service.
